Blazing a Bright Path to the Future as TeraThink
Today we are excited to announce that Dominion Consulting is merging with TeraThink Corporation. In TeraThink, we have found a company with common values and direction. A company with whom we see tremendous opportunities for transformative growth.
This is, however, much more than a merger of two like-minded companies. Today’s announcement grew out of a long term working relationship, as both myself and Tim Spadafore have worked with Paul Lombardi, the chief executive officer of TeraThink, for many years. We feel that together, we can grow stronger and serve our clients better.
Starting today we are going to begin operating under the brand TeraThink and the combined company will be led by leaders from both our firms. Paul will be taking on the role of chairman of the board of directors and I will be assuming the role of our CEO. Together with we will be building a better future for our clients and employees.
Our newly formed company will double in size to $80 million in annual revenue, evenly allocated across defense and federal civilian clients. These clients include Washington Headquarter Services, The Joint Staff, DLA, DOJ, DHS, and USDA. Together, TeraThink and Dominion will create more opportunities for our clients and employees. Combined, our portfolio of solutions includes:
- Business Transformation
- Agile Engineering
- Strategic Planning
- Enterprise Applications
- Financial Management
- Information Management
We invite you to join us at TeraThink. As we integrate our companies, you can find opportunities to join us both here on our Dominion website or on TeraThink’s site. Regardless of how you get to us, you will be joining the same dedicated team working to solve our clients’ most important problems.
